½ cup light cream

2 teasp chives

1 teasp lemon juice

Melt 1 tab butter blend in 2 tabs Dijon mustard and 1 tab flour. 1 tab horseradish ¼ teasp salt and 2 drops hot pepper sauce. Dash pepper 1.2 cup chix broth and ½ cup light cream 2 teasp chives 1 teasp lemon juice
