Ingredients
2 C. Sugar
2 tsp. Soda
2C. Flour
1/2 C. Butter
2 Eggs Beaten
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
4 cups chopped apple
1 C. Nuts
Hot Sauce
2 C. Milk
2 C. Sugar
1 C. Butter
4 T. Corn Startch
2 tsp. Vanilla
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients, shortening, butter, and apples, nuts. Dough will be stiff. Bake 350 degrees 40-50 minutes.
Cook Hot Sauce until syrup consistancy and pour over pieces of cake.
