Ingredients
1 6-oz can crabmeat
1/2 C sour cream (low fat is okay)
3 0z Cream Cheese (low fat is okay)
1 Tblsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Horseradish
2 Tblsps Green Pepper, Minced
1 Tblsp Pimento, Minced
Preparation
- Drain Crab, set aside
- In saucepan on medium heat, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon juice, horseradish, stir
- Mix in pepper and pimento
- Crumble in crab meat Stir over low heat until bubbly (3-5 minutes) Serve warm with crackers Mkes 2 cups
