Ingredients

1 6-oz can crabmeat

1/2 C sour cream (low fat is okay)

3 0z Cream Cheese (low fat is okay)

1 Tblsp Lemon Juice

1 Tsp Horseradish

2 Tblsps Green Pepper, Minced

1 Tblsp Pimento, Minced

Preparation

  1. Drain Crab, set aside
  2. In saucepan on medium heat, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon juice, horseradish, stir
  3. Mix in pepper and pimento
  4. Crumble in crab meat Stir over low heat until bubbly (3-5 minutes) Serve warm with crackers Mkes 2 cups
