Ingredients
1 8" graham cracker pie crust
1 pt vanilla ice cream, softened
1 16oz can pumpkin
1/2 c whipping cream
3/4 c gran sugar
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Fill pie crust with ice cream, freeze till solid In med bolw combine pumpkin, whipped cream, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Spoon mixture over frozen layer of ice cream and freeze till solid. To serve put pie in fridge for an hour, slice and serve with more whip cream
