Ingredients

3/4 # Orzo

1/2 C Lemon Juice

1/2 C Olive Oil

1 t Pepper

2 t Salt

2 # Shrimp (broiled in oven w/olive oil for 6 minutes)

1 C Green Onion

1/2 C fresh Dill

1 C Parsley

1 Cucumber, seeded and diced

1/2 C diced Red Onion

1/2 # crumbled Feta

Preparation

Prepare orzo. Make dressing. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss.
