Ingredients
3 TBS oil
2 TSP Mustard Seeds
2TSP grated ginger root
1/2 TSP turmeric
1 large cauliflower cut into small florets
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 TSP fresh lemon juice
3 TBS Chopped fresh cilantro

Heat oil, adde mustard seeds and cook until popping subsides. Add ginger and turmeric Add cauliflower tiring until coated with oil Add water and steam 6-10 minutes until tender Add more water if needed Add lemon juice and Coriander
