Ingredients
3 1/2 C flour
1t baking soda
pinch salt
2T sugar
1 3/4 C Buttermilk
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients/add buttermilk/form ball on floured surface/place on cookie sheet/cut a cross in top of dough (to let the fairies out) Bake at 450 for 15 minutes then turn oven down to 400 and bake another 30 minutes
