Ingredients

8 oz (225 g) ground pork

8 oz (225 g) ground beef

3 eggs

1 tbsp garlic powder

3 tbsp dried onions

1/2 cup (50 g) bread crumbs

4 oz (100 ml) milk

1/2 cp (50 g) grated parmesan cheese

2 tbsp flour

pinch nutmeg

1/2 tsp chili pepper

1 tbsp steak rub

salt and pepper

1 tbsp chopped parsley

4 oz white wine

4 oz chicken broth

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 F (230 C) mix all the ingredients except the white wine and chicken broth roll out into bite size balls place meatballs in a roasting pan and pour in the wine mixed with broth bake for 20 minutes
