Ingredients
4 good steaks
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves or less if dried
1 tsp. oregano or more if fresh
1/3 c. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp. balsamico gelatin or more balsamico
Preparation
Mix well in food processor. Will be thick. Slather both sides of steaks and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
