Ingredients
2 cups yellow cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 TBS baking powder
2 eggs ,
milk to make pancake style consistancy
Green onions and
jalapeños if desired.
Salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
Preparation
Mix all together, heat your oil, take a tablespoon scoop and drop batter into oil.
Remove once the outside is golden brown.
