Ingredients

10 Eggs

10 Yolks

9 Oz Sugar

7 Oz Gluten Free Flour

1 lb Chocolate

1 lb Butter

Dark Rum

Preparation

Melt chocolate

Put Eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk until it forms a sponge-like texture.

Melt butter, and add to melted chocolate. Mix until combined well. Add to egg and sugar mixture. Mix until everything is combined, then add flour. Mix for an additional 2 minutes, then add dark Jamaican rum to taste.

Pour into a large casserole dish and bake at 300 approximately 45 minutes.
