Ingredients

1 lg egg

1lb ground lamb

10oz frozen chopped spinach

3/4C grated parmesan cheese

2/3C fresh bread crumbs

2 cloves garlic, minced

2T fresh oregano, chopped

1T parsley

1t salt

1/2t black pepper

1/3C olive oil

Preparation

Whisk egg and mix all ingredients by hand except olive oil. Form into 1-1/2" diameter balls. Coat sheet tray with olive oil and place meat balls on sheet pan. Bake in 425 oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Sereve with Feta Yougart Sauce
