2 bottles of Heinz chili sauce

tbls to start, or more mustard (not honey mustard, but any kind you have, yellow or brown or dijon)

2 TBLS brown sugar

tsp worcestershire sauce

salt pepper

two dashes of tabasco

red pepper

onion.

tbls cider vinegar

Preparation

pepper and onion. caremilze onion. set aside put in meat, drain fat. put veggies back in

simmer 20 mins with lid on and taste, and adjust take lid off and simmer for about an hour

meat on bun, a little cheese chedder grated, slaw on top. toast the bun.

end up eating with a knife and fork any way.

for each pound of meat need one bottle of chile sauce, the proportions above are fro two pounds.
