Ingredients
4 stick celery
4 carrots
4 potatoes, waxy
1 zucchini
1 yellow onion
3 garlic cloves minced
1 pkg/4 Italian Field Roast Sausage
1 bunch parsley
1 box vegie broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can mushrooms
1 can red beans
1 can garbonzo beans
Rosemary to taste
1 tsp italian spice
Preparation
Chop and put all in a large pot. Heat. Add chopped parsley at the end.
