Ingredients

1 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup brown sugar

6-8 finely minced garlic cloves

3 tbs sesame seed oil

3 tbs toasted sesame seeds

1 bunch thinly sliced green onions

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Marinate either 4 lbs chicken or 4 lbs beef short ribs flanked style for 4-6 hours. Don’t marinate longer as gets too salty. Grill over medium high heat. Medium rare for shirt ribs, fully cooked for chicken.
