Ingredients

2 Potatoes

2 Onions

2 Cups Lentil

4 Cups Water

2 Tomato

Feta Cheese (as much as you want)

For Spice: Curry powder OR cumin Or All Spice or another desired spice

(Additional: ground meat or any other vegetables)

Preparation

Cut up the potatoes in small cubes and dice up the onions (and other vegetables).

Sauté the vegetables in oil.

Pour in water and lentils and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until lentils are soft.

After simmering, add the tomatoes, feta cheese, spices, and ground meat.

Serve and enjoy!
