Ingredients

• ½ cup Cashew Nuts

• 1 cup Fresh Cream

• 1 Large Onion, Chopped

• 1 Large Tomato, Chopped

• 1 tsp Ginger Paste

• 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder

• 1-2 tsp Tomato Sauce

• 1 tsp Green Chili, Chopped

• 1 tsp Red Chili Powder

• ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder

• 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder

• Few Coriander Leaves for Garnishing

• Butter or Ghee for fry

Preparation

Step 1: Heat ghee or butter in a pan, add onion, green chilies, ginger paste and sauté till the onion become softens Step 2: Now add tomato, red chili powder, green cardamom powder and turmeric powder .Sauté again till the tomatoes become little soft. Combined cashew nuts, garam masala and cream. Keep stirring over a medium flame Step 3: Add tomato sauce and salt according to taste and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat. Step 4: Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
