Ingredients

2 bunches of Tuscan Kale

3/4 cup of corn

3 tbs butter

2 egg

2 1/2 tbs flour

1 cup of whole milk

1 tbs of whole ricotta

1 tbs of sour cream

1 tbs of peccorino romano shredded

3/4 big onion

cayenne to taste

salt to taste

Preparation

mix butter with chopped onions in a frying pan. When the onion is soft, throw in the kale. when kale starts to whilt, add corn. Add salt and cayenne.

Separatelty, mix the rest of the ingredients for the batter.

When kale is done mix with butter and fry with one tbsp of oil.
