Ingredients
1/2 C toasted pecans
10 0z kale chopped and stems removed
1/2 C dried cranberries or cherries
1 medium Granny Smith apple chopped
2 oz soft goat cheese
Preparation
put kale in bowl and sprinkle with pinch of salt add ingredients and mix with dressing Dressing 3TBS olive oil 1.5 Tbs of apple cider vinegar or shite wine vinegar 1TBS Dijon mustard 1.5 tsp honey salt and pepper to taste
