Ingredients

1 clove garlic

2 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

1 1/2 vegetable oil

3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

10 cups chopped kale, thick stems removed ( I use one good size bunch of kale)

2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds (a must)

salt and black pepper

Preparation

In bowl whisk together garlic, sesame oil, vegetable oil, vinegar, and soy sauce.

In a large bowl put all the kale and massage if for three minutes. Till reduced in volume by one third to one have.

Toast sesame seeds till golden brown.

add vinegar and oil mix to kale and toss to cover, before serving add toasted sesame seeds and toss.
