Ingredients
2-3 bunches or large bag kale
(amount will vary depending on if it
is baby kale - you will want more- or
if you like less dressing)
2T vinegar ( your choice)
2T soy/Tamari
3 cloves finely chopped garlic ( or to taste)
3T Olive Oil
1/4C nutritional yeast flakes ( reduce by half if using powder)
Preparation
Chop Kale Mix all dressing ingredients together. Pour over Kale Massage in, if using hardier varieties. Toss, if using baby Kale
If using baby Kale can be eaten immediately and will not last over to next day. Will wilt too much.
If using hardier varieties massage in and let sit for a little while, depending on the Kale. But I have eaten within 10 minutes. It is great the next day and I have eaten it 3 days later. The longer it sits the better it is!
