Ingredients

2 cups of kale

1 ½ cups of pineapple

1 ripe banana

½ cup of coconut milk

Preparation

First, cut and stem the spinach. Next, chop the pineapple, about ¼ inch big. Finally, slice the banana into very thin slices. Pour the coconut into the blender, followed by the spinach, pineapple, and the banana. Puree the mixture to the desired consistency. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, use less coconut juice, if you prefer a thinner smoothie, you should add more coconut juice. This recipe makes two smoothies. If you are only going to drink one, be sure to refrigerate the other until you are ready to drink it.
