Ingredients
3 or 4 chicken livers
Large slice of onion
Dash of Worcestershire
1 T fine breadcrumbs
2 T. butter, melted
5/8 cup half and half
1/2 T flour
1 egg
/14 t salt
1/2 t. dried thyme
Preparation
Place all ingredients in blender and process well. Cook in small glass dish in water bath 30-40 minutes or until temperature reaches 180’ on meat thermometer. When cooled turn out onto serving plate after running knife around edges of dish.
