Ingredients
1 can chickpeas (boil for 8 min, drain)
2 small cloves garlic, minced
1 teas. kosher salt
4 TAB. fresh lemon juice or 1 large lemon
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup tahini, stirred well
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup evoo, plus more for drizzling before serving
garnish with powdered sumac, optional
Preparation
Put everything in blender and really blend until very smooth. Make a day ahead if possible to meld.
