Ingredients

1 (16 oz) container of Sour Cream

1 cup Mayonnaise

1 (1.8 oz) package Knorr Leek Soup Mix

1 (10 oz) package Frozen Chopped Spinach

2 Shallots - finely diced

1 (8 oz) can sliced Water Chestnuts - finely diced

Preparation

Large mixing bowl add Sour cream, Mayonnaise, Leek soup mix and stir together. Then add the finely diced shallots and water chestnuts and stir together. Then defrost (in microwave or room temperature) the Chopped Spinach, squeezing excess water out of the spinach into the sink, then mix spinach into bowl, and stir together. I recommend making this the day before, and refrigerating it overnight so the flavors combined. This is not necessary. Serve with sliced bread or crackers.
