Ingredients
2 cups chopped walnuts
1/3 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup olive oil
2 T finely chopped onion
1 1/2 T pomegranate molasses
1 1/4 teaspoon cumin
5 T red pepper paste
Cayenne pepper to taste
Pine nuts/Walnuts/Pomegranate seeds for garnish
Celery sticks, baby carrots, pita chips, etc for dipping
Preparation
- Put all ingredients above pine nuts in food processor and mix
- Mold on serving dish an garnish
Freezes very well
