Ingredients
2 lb bag of frozen hash brown potatoes
1/3 c of melted butter
4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper
1/2 c of chopped onions
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 pt of sour cream
8 oz grated cheddar cheese
2 c crushed corn flakes plus 1/4 melted butter
Preparation
defrost potatoes mix in melted butter, salt and pepper and stir combine rest of ingredients pour into 3 qt casserole dish top with corn flakes bake at 350 for 40 minutes
