Ingredients

2 cups cooked, chopped beets

1 cup grapefruit, peeled, chopped

1 cup avocado, cubed

fresh basil to taste, chopped

DRESSING:

1 tbsp each lemon & lime juice

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp dijon mustard

1 tbsp olive oil

salt & pepper to taste
