Ingredients
1 whole chicken
3 eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp oil
COATING
2 cups flour
4 Tsp paprika
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp pepper
1 Tsp Poultry Seasoning
1 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp tarragon
1 Tsp Parsley
1/2 Tsp Thyme
1 Tsp Chives
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Celery Salt
Preparation
Sift flour and all dry ingredients, grind finely with a mortar and pestle, place in a clean plastic bag, Coat each piece of chicken with egg and then flour,
Brown chicken, slowly, once browned, cover and keep frying on gentle heat.
Place cooked chicken on paper towels to drai excess oil. and serve.
