Ingredients
1 12 oz. bag Rainbow Slaw
1/2 cup Light Mayo
1-2 tbsp. Parsley Flakes (to taste)
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. Sugar
Preparation
Mix all ingredients with a mixing spatula in a mixing bowl; gently fold together until slaw mixture is well coated and creamy.
