Ingredients

1 C ketchup

1 C water

1/4 C Worcestershire

1/4 C cider vinegar

1/2 C brown sugar

1 t celery salt

1 t chili powder

Tabasco

Preparation

  1. Simmer (do not boil) all ingredients for 10 min.
  2. Pour over lamb and marinate 12-24 hrs in the refrigerator.
  3. Grill and baste frequently.
