Ingredients

1 can of bean dip

2 avocados

salsa

taco mix seasoning

3 Tbsp mayonnaise

3 Tbsp sour cream

1 C sharp cheddar cheese

1 C monterey jack cheese

1 bunch green onions (tops)

3 tomatoes

1 sm can black olives

lemon juice

Preparation

Spread bean dip into shallow dish, including sides of dish. Mash the avocets, mix with salsa to taste and a squire of lemon juice. Spread over bean dip. Mix together: 1/2 pkg taco seasoning, 3 Tbsp mayo and 3 Tbsp sour cream. Spread on as next layer. Combine cheeses and spread on as next layer. Chop onions (green tops only) and spread on as next layer. Do the same with tomatoes and black olives.
