Ingredients

1 c sugar

1/2 c butter

1 T flour

1/2 c milk

4 egg yolks

juice of 2 lemons

rind of 1 lemon

4 egg whites

Preparation

Melt butter add flour mixed with sugar. Add beaten egg yolks, lemon juice and rind, and milk. Mix well. Fold in beaten egg whites and pour into an unbaked pie crust. Bake in a moderate oven until browned.
