Ingredients

Cake:

1 box Lemon Cake

1 small box Lemon Jello

3/4 cup Vegetable Oil

3/4 cup Water

4 Eggs

Glaze Topping:

2 cups Confectioners Sugar

Lemon Juice

Preparation

Mix above ingredients together and beat with electric mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into greased 13x9 inch pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes

Using hand mixer combine confectioners sugar with lemon juice (a little at a time) until you achieve a glaze consistency. Poke holes in cake with a fork and pour glaze while still hot.

Let cake cool, cover, and refrigerate.
