Ingredients
Crust
1 Cup Butter
2 Cups Flour
1/2 powdered sugar
Top with
4 eggs beaten until light yellow
2 Cups Sugar
5 T flour
1tsp baking powder
pinch salt
6 T lemon juice (approx 1 1/2 lemons)
lemon zest
Preparation
mix pie crust ingredients pat into 9 X 13" greased pan Bake 20-25 min at 350 degrees let cool
Topping mix dry ingredients (above) together than add beaten eggs pour over cooled crust bake 20-25 minutes 350 degrees
Dust with powdered sugar
cool and cut into squares b/f removing from pan
