Ingredients
3 eggs
1 c salad salad oil
1 c brown sugar
1 c white sugar
2 c raw zucchini pureed
2.5 c unsifted flour
½ c wheat germ
3 t cinnamon
1 t vanilla
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1 c chopped walnuts
Preparation
Beat eggs until light. Add sugar, oil, zucchini, vanilla, and mix well.
Add dry ingredients and mix. Stir in nuts,
Bake 1 hour at 325 F or until tester is clean.
