Ingredients

2 tbsp lime juice

1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)

1.25-oz. package taco seasoning

2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped (optional)

6 boneless chicken breasts or 12 thighs

1 chopped red pepper

1/2 onion, chopped

Preparation

put in a freezer bag.

TO COOK- In a slow cooker, mix together the contents of the bag and one 24-ounce jar of salsa (mango or regular salsa) . Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.

TO SERVE- Serve in corn tortillas with rice.
