Ingredients
Dressing:
1 inch anchovy paste mashed with 1 chopped anchovy.
1 egg yolk
creamed garlic clove
add 1/4 C olive oil
2 tablespoon lemon juice (1 fresh lemon)
1/8 tsp mustard
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
fresh pepper 1/2 C asigio or ramano cheese
Preparation
Set aside the dressing for 15 minutes.
Combine in a large salad bowl the following: Romaine lettuce finely chopped onion green pepper black olives fetta cheese
