DROP 5 Large tomatoes into boiling water for 1 minute; PEEL, SEED & CHOP. In large bowl, ADD to tomatoes: 1/2cup olive oil garlic clove, sliced in 2 c. chopped fresh basil leaves salt & red hot pepper flakes to taste LET SIT for several hours to COOL. REMOVE garlic cloves. SERVE cold over hot linguine
