Ingredients

1 c peas (fresh or frozen)

1 c prosciutto cut in pieces

1/2 c butter

1/2 c whip cream

1 c parmesan

1/2 c parsley

linguine for 4

Preparation

Saute prosciutto and 2 T butter to translucent Add peas and cook 5 min. Set aside. Cook pasta. Melt rest of butter with whip cream over low heat. Drain pasta and pour into a large bowl. Toss with butter and cream. Add cheese and mix well. Add peas and meat. Sprinkle with parsley.
