Ingredients

3/4 C butter or olive oil mix

1 lb uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 lg garlic cloves, chopped

1/2 t red pepper flakes

zest and juice of nearly 1 whole lemon

3 T parsley, chopped

1/4 C white wine

1 lb linguine

Preparation

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat until melted.
  2. Add wine and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
  4. Add everything else and cook until shrimp are pink.
  5. Serve over cooked linguine
