Ingredients

3 T Olive Oil

3 Cloves garlic

3 Flat anchovies chopped

1/4 lb Chopped meat

1 t Red pepper flakes

6 Green olives sliced

1/3 C Crushed tomatoes

1/2 C Fresh bread crumbs fried in olive oil

1/4 C Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Add linguini to boiling water. Saute garlic, anchovies, red pepper and chopped meat in olive oil. Gradually add up to 1/2 C pasta water to sauce. Take pasta out about i minute before done and place in frying pan. Add olives, cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and additional olive oil. Saute 2-3 min and serve.
