Ingredients

3 T olive oil

3 cloves garlic chopped

3 flat anchovies chopped

1/4 lb chopped meat

1 t red pepper flakes

6 green pitted olives sliced

1/3 C crushed tomatoes

1/2 C fresh bread crumbs fried in olive oil

1/4 C parmesan cheese

Preparation

Add 1/2 lb linguini to boiling water Saute garlic, anchovy, red pepper & chopped meat in olive oil. Gradually add up to 1/2 C pasta water to sauce. Take pasta out about 1 min before done and place in fry pan. Add olives, cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, crushed tomatoes and additional olive oil. Saute 2-3 minutes and serve
