Ingredients

4 white fleshed fish fillets (snapper or Tarakihi)

2 TBS Flour

2 TBS peanut oil (or normal oil)

1 TBS sweet chilli sauce

1 TBS Sesame oil

1 TBS brown sugar

2 tsp grated ginger

3 TBS soy sauce

1/4 cup of water

Preparation

  1. Dust the fish in flour and heat in peanut oil. Cook until golden.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over fish.
  3. Turn the fish to ensure it is well cooked.
  4. Serve at once with rice or noodles and vegetables.
  5. Devine.
