Ingredients

2 lbs. lean hamburger meat

1/2 onion diced fine

1 large can of diced toamtoes

4 cups beef broth

1 stick celery dice fine

4-6 large carrots sliced in edible size

4-6 potatoes sliced 1/4 inch thick

1 tsp garlic

salt & pepper

Preparation

fry meat until no longer red add all the ingredients and let simmer until liquid has reduced until nearly all gone. this should take approx. 3 hours.
