Ingredients
1lb. beef or lamb, cubed
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 lbs. green beans
tomato juice to cover beans
salt & pepper
Thyme
1tbsp cinnamon (at least)
Steamed rice
Preparation
In heavy pot, sear meat in oil until browned. Add garlic and saute a couple of minutes. Add beans, then add tomato juice to cover. Add seasonings and cover. Cook over med to low hear for 1 hour, ten minutes. Serve over steamed rice.
