Ingredients

1 pound medium egg noodles

1 pound cottage cheese

1 pound cream cheese

1 pint sour cream

1 stick butter

1 pint milk

6 eggs

10 tablespoons sugar

2 handfuls golden raisins

2 apples, diced

cinnamon sugar to taste

Preparation

Cook egg noodles in 6 quarts of water. Take two cups of the pasta water and use to plump raisins. Drain noodles. Add all dairy ingredients to pot and blend, then add noodles. Add all other ingredients, mix well. Pour into greased 9x14 baking pan. Push down apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Top with additional cinnamon sugar.
