Ingredients

1 lb flat (fine) egg noodles

1/2 lb butter + 1tbs to butter pans

4-1/2 cups milk

1 pint heavy cream

1 lb ricotta cheese

2 ounces pure vanilla extract

Juice of 1 lemon

3-1/2 cups sugar

2 dozen beaten eggs

Preparation

Cook noodles as directed on pkg Drain noodles & combine with 1/2 lb of butter Set noodles aside to cool Mix together next 5 ingredients Beat in sugar Beat in eggs Butter 2 10 x 10 square pans Bake 325 for 1 hour until top is brown
