Ingredients
8 oz. (2 cups) elbow macaroni
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 tomato, diced
1 cup celery, diced
3 tbsp. pimento, chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
Cook macaroni until tender, then drain. Rinse with cold water. Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, salt ad sugar. Combine with macaroni, celery seed, tomato, celery, pimento and green pepper. Mix well and refrigerate.
