Ingredients

4 cups white flour

1.5 cups water

4 tablespoons melted butter (2 if frying)

1 tablespoon salt

Preparation

Mix water with salt Mix flour with water into a dough and then add melted butter to form a dough Make into small size balls and let sit for 15-20 minutes

Roll out balls into empanadas and stuff with desired filling. If frying the empanadas fill a frying pan with about an inch of oil. Preheat oil, fry quickly one side and then fry until golden. Flip over and fry other side until brown.
